BSc Nursing programme
- Students will obtain professional qualifications in medical sciences and nursing practice in accordance with European Union requirements
- During the programme the student will acquire the knowledge of basic medical subjects, such as: anatomy, biochemistry, physiology, pathology etc.; social sciences, for instance: sociology, law, pedagogy, etc. as well as General and Specialized nursing subjects
- Upon graduation from Nursing programme, students can apply for a license and in turn practice nursing independently all over the world
Graduates holding a nursing license are qualified and eligible to
- provide direct healthcare to healthy children and adults in outpatient clinics, educational institutions and occupational healthcare establishment.
- provide patients with primary, community, specialist and home-based healthcare services.
- seek employment in outpatient and inpatient healthcare centres, hospital departments, spa hospitals and health resorts, specialist clinics, emergency medical departments, residential care homes, day-care centres, and suchlike
Entry requirements
Candidates holding a foreign high school diploma who apply for admission to cycle one studies in the field of nursing are obliged to submit their high school diploma or its equivalent showing their results in one of the subjects (to be chosen by the candidate):
BIOLOGY, CHEMISTRY, MATHEMATICS, PHYSICS
- upper secondary school leaving certificate or diploma which is validated
- a document confirming your right to apply to all types of higher education institutions in your home country
- a valid passport
We also require a certificate of eligibility and an English language certificate confirming proficiency on B2 level
