Due to the introduction of new legal regulations in Poland, effective from July 1, candidates holding high school diplomas issued in countries outside the EU, OECD, EFTA, Ukraine, and China
will be required to submit, during the admission process, one of the following:
- An administrative decision from the school superintendent confirming recognition of the certificate,
or
- A written statement issued by the Director of NAWA confirming that the certificate entitles the holder to apply for admission to higher education in Poland (https://nawa.gov.pl/en/recognition/how-to-obtain-a-recognition-statement/secondary-school-certificate)
In addition, candidates who submitted scans of all the required documents in the online registration system during the application process will also be required to sit a subject-specific entrance exam, which will be conducted online.
Only after successfully passing this exam will their application be considered by the Admission Board.
